Store Policies

• Cell Phones, Laptops, Tablets

All of our cell phones, laptops, and tablets come with a 14 day return policy on malfunctions only. If the device malfunctions within 14 days we will be happy to replace the device or offer a store credit towards a similar priced device or an upgrade. There are no refunds after purchased.

• Hotspot Modem Devices​

All Hotspot Modem Devices come with a 30 day warranty on equipment only. We will offer a refund minus a $35 restock fee.

• Android TV Boxes/Firesticks

All Android TV Boxes/Firesticks come with a 30 day warranty on equipment only. We will offer a refund minus a $35 restock fee. If you have a BYOD no refunds will be given.

• Phone/Tablet Repair Services

We offer 30 day warranty​ on service parts that were replaced to fix your device. We will replace the malfunctioned part and restore the device to working condition or offer store credit towards a new device. There are no refunds after Phone/Tablet Repair labor services have been rendered.
